Our ownership culture is not just a slogan, it’s a way of life and a promise to you, our clients, colleagues, and teammates that we have your back not only in the good times … but also in bad. Like everyone else, we are making our way through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic but we will not lose focus on being true to our mission – delivering quality experiences. Because we are used to doing whatever it takes to accomplish our mission, no matter the circumstances, it should go without saying that we are taking this situation in stride and working diligently for you … it just might not be from our physical office locations for the next couple of weeks or so. I do ask for your patience and understanding during this time. While we control our efforts, there may be some delays in project workflow that could cause some temporary challenges, like getting information or approvals from others who may be unavailable. We see this as temporary and will do our best to overcome these challenges.
We are certainly in some uncharted waters right now, but that doesn’t mean you should not expect the same continued service and proactive communication on your project(s) from us. If you don’t receive that – call me!
