As a consultant for the Town of Chapel Hill, prepared a Traffic Impact Analysis for the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill Paul J. Rizzo Conference Center. The center was expanded from 91,236 square feet to a total of 160,236 square feet and included new classrooms, breakout rooms, seminar rooms, and additional guestrooms to accommodate out-of-town participants of programs offered by the business school.
Cape Villagio Mixed-Use Development - Cape Coral, FL
Preparation of Traffic Impact Study for a mixed-use development located between SE 46th Lane and SE 47th Street east of Del Prado Boulevard in Cape Coral. The development includes 236 residential units, 52,800 square feet of office space, and 64,800 square feet of retail space. This project was required coordination with the City of Cape Coral, Lee County Department of Transportation, and the Downtown Redevelopment Agency.
