CHARLOTTE, NC – Ramey Kemp & Associates, Inc. (RKA) would like to congratulate Mr. Andrew Ritter, P.E. on earning his Professional Engineer’s license in North Carolina. Mr. Ritter joined the RKA team earlier this year in our Charlotte, NC office and serves as a Traffic Project Manager. Mr. Ritter’s responsibilities include various traffic engineering and design tasks.
Mr. Ritter graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in civil, construction, and environmental engineering with a Minor in transportation engineering from the University of Alabama and brings a wealth of experience to RKA. Prior to joining RKA, he served as a Civil Engineer II for the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). During his time with GDOT, Mr. Ritter reviewed and developed traffic signal plans, performed traffic signal retiming, formulated traffic signal maintenance packages for contractors to bid on, and coordinated with all seven GDOT districts on their traffic signal maintenance needs.
