Ideal candidate will have a BSCE, registered EI (working toward PE) or PE, good communication skills and knowledge of traffic engineering concepts and analysis software. for start up office in Jacksonville, FL. 5+ years experience in traffic engineering/transportation studies for both public and private sector projects. Ideal candidate must possess excellent written/oral communication skills, a BSCE, and PE registration in FL. Masters in Transportation and PTOE certification a plus. Public speaking and project management experience is essential.
