TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING INTERN - Richmond, VA
Ramey Kemp & Associates, Inc. is seeking a part-time Intern (10-20 hours / week) to assist with transportation engineering projects in our Richmond office. Ideal candidate will be working toward a degree in civil engineering with a focus in transportation engineering. Responsibilities will include performing traffic counts, data collection, traffic capacity analysis, report writing, traffic signal design, traffic signal timing, and some coordination with clients and review agencies.

ROADWAY DESIGN ENGINEER – Raleigh, NC
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in roadway design, a BSCE and North Carolina PE license. Experience with NCDOT projects, MicroStation and Geopak are required as well as knowledge of NCDOT standards and requirements. NCDOT Tier I Storm Drainage design and AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience are a plus. Project Management experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
SENIOR TRAFFIC ENGINEER – Raleigh, NC
The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in traffic engineering/transportation studies for both public and private sector projects and possess excellent written/oral communication skills, a BSCE, and PE license. Masters in Transportation and PTOE certification a plus. Public speaking and project management experience is essential.
